The multi award-winning social experiment —watch on or be interrogated with real biometric sensors as we seek out truth in a post-truth world. Truthmachine is designed for touring and, with all tech included, it can be presented almost anywhere; meeting rooms, galleries, and more.

A theatrical Turing Test meets Game Show, exploring humanness in the midst of the AI revolution. Developed in collaboration with local AI experts, this interactive tabletop theatre work blends cunning algorithms and virtual beings, to put its audience to the test.

Our most ambitious work of immersive theatre, Adrift excavates loneliness through togetherness by enlisting participants as co-creators of exciting tabletop worlds. Recipient of the Matilda Judge’s Award in 2022 for pushing artistic boundaries.

NERVOUS SLEEPERS
Counterpilot is threatening to hypnotise an audience — ready to surrender control?
Or did we already give that up long ago…
Neuroscientists are questioning whether free will is an illusion. Are we in control of our brains? Our destiny? Or have we given up on control altogether? In a world of constant algorithms, have we gotten comfortable surrendering control for the promise of convenience?
A new work in development by Counterpilot, Nervous Sleepers will reimagine the shape of a stage hypnosis show. Fuelled by a more intimate and curious voyeurism, propelled by gameplay, framed by philosophical provocation & storytelling, and invigorated by our signature playful technical design.
